The Role

This pivotal leadership role involves delivering high-quality financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support operational and executive stakeholders. You will play a key role in driving financial insights and performance across Juniper's Residential, Community, Retirement Living, and Corporate Services divisions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across multiple service streams
  • Delivering timely financial reporting, variance analysis, and performance insights to senior stakeholders
  • Providing scenario modelling and strategic financial analysis to support investment and operational decisions
Key Responsibilities

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and monitoring KPIs to assess financial health and drive accountability
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to directors, executives, and operational leaders
  • Supporting service delivery, cost management, and revenue optimisation through financial guidance
  • Leading financial reviews to identify risks and opportunities aligned with strategic goals
Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record in aged care, healthcare, or community services, ideally within a regulated financial environment
  • A strong background in budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis, particularly in non-profit or compliance-heavy industries
  • Experience in maintaining financial compliance and implementing auditor recommendations
Qualifications

You will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • CPA or CA qualification highly desirable
