As a seasoned financial leader, you will drive strategic decisions and operational excellence in a pivotal finance leadership role. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead the finance function and deliver high-quality insights, systems, and processes.

About the Role
  • Lead the finance function to deliver accurate and timely financial close, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Oversee cash flow forecasting, treasury, debtor management, and project bonding requirements.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting processes in line with strategic goals.
  • Review and challenge project financial summaries, cost-to-complete forecasts, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain oversight of payroll approvals, controls, and reporting accuracy.
  • Drive process and system improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax, audit, and statutory obligations.
