Lead Business Insights Specialist

A talented individual is sought to drive strategic business decisions through data-driven insights in a fast-paced, agile environment with high visibility and ownership.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of software engineering and statistical expertise, with end-to-end delivery capability. They will be responsible for analysing large datasets using statistical methods and machine learning techniques to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and deploy predictive models to forecast key business metrics such as sales performance, customer behaviour, and supply chain activity.
- Translate complex findings into accessible insights through data visualisation and storytelling, tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders to support strategic planning and business decisions.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver and embed data solutions within business processes.
- Proficiency in Python or R, and familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A self-starter who is comfortable working autonomously in a project-based, fast-paced setting.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to building a strong, collaborative data culture.
