Accountant Role Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity to join our team at Global Realty Network as a skilled financial professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage financial records and prepare financial statements.
  • Conduct financial analysis, auditing, and compliance reporting.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in bookkeeping, month-end, and year-end close processes.
  • Proficiency in preparing financial statements and conducting financial analysis.
  • Knowledge of tax reporting, auditing, and compliance reporting.
  • Excellent understanding of budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification is required.
  • Experience in the real estate industry is highly regarded.
