Key Leadership Role - Restaurant Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of multiple retail and hospitality venues at Brisbane Airport.

  1. Oversee the end-to-end daily operations of each store, ensuring consistent execution of service, product quality, and customer engagement.
  2. Monitor and manage staffing, recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning in accordance with operational needs.
  3. Drive store profitability by managing budgets, inventory, sales targets, cost of goods, and wage costs.
  4. Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with brand standards, safety procedures, and visual merchandising guidelines.
  5. Prepare and present performance reports, financial updates, and strategic improvement plans to senior management.
  6. Work closely with airport stakeholders and commercial partners to maintain strong operational relationships.
