Job Title: Sustainability Transition Leader

This role will play a key part in our organization's mission to pioneer solutions for the global energy transition. We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in power generation technology and a strong ability to articulate value propositions to customers.

Responsibilities:

">
  • Proactively promote and position our technologies early in the project phase to create value and influence by working closely with consultants, developers, EPCs, industry OEM partners, and customers.
  • Provide technical expertise to sales and commercial operations teams in selecting, implementing, and developing competitive product applications.
  • Estimate equipment, system performance, and hardware evaluation throughout the bid process. Collect Voice of Customer (VoC) and Voice of Market (VoM) on the value of our solutions and support new product introduction activities.
  • Influence customers to understand and recognize the full economic value that our solutions provide. Understand energy/power market structures, pricing mechanisms, and policy that impact the customer value proposition.
  • Develop region- and segment-specific collateral to sell the value of our offerings to customers. Gather and analyze competitive feedback in the regions to improve our understanding of value differentiation in the eyes of our customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in power generation technology, including gas turbines, reciprocating engines, battery storage, wind, and solar.
  • A bachelor's degree in an engineering field from an accredited university or college; a master's degree is preferred.
  • Strong skills in collaboration, communication, and critical thinking are essential.
  • Frequent travel will be required, both domestically and internationally.
