The Role:
We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Officer/Assistant to support our CEO. In this pivotal role, you will manage the CEO's day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. You'll also play a key role in company events and project support, with an exciting opportunity to grow within the business.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Involvement: Participate in energy-related projects, utilizing your knowledge and gaining hands-on experience in the sector.
  2. Growth Opportunity: Gain exposure to C-suite level meetings, and work closely with senior leadership to develop skills and insights that can shape your career in the energy sector.
  3. Diary Management: Efficiently coordinate the CEO's schedule, including meetings, travel, and personal appointments.
  4. Administrative Support: Manage emails, correspondence, and prepare documents as required. Organize and maintain records.
  5. Event Management: Plan, organise, and execute company events, including internal and external meetings, workshops, and conferences.
What We're Looking For:
A new or recent graduate potentially with a degree in a related field (Energy, Sustainability, Environmental Science).
Interest in executive-level support, event management, or similar roles.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and professionalism in dealing with stakeholders at all levels.
