Program Director for Lived-Experience Leadership

The role of the Program Manager is an exciting leadership opportunity to progress the state-wide and national elevation of collective lived-experience perspectives, working across all teams to ensure lived-experience expertise is embedded in strategic system reform planning, policy development, project management and governance.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the implementation of our commitment to partnering with people with lived-experience in Queensland.
- Work across all teams to ensure lived-experience expertise is embedded in strategic system reform planning, policy development, project management and governance.
This role will require a high degree of autonomy, with a focus on delivering outcomes that positively impact the lives of individuals and communities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven experience in leadership roles within the public sector.
- Strong understanding of lived-experience principles and their application in policy development and service delivery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. social work, psychology, etc.).
