Senior Project Finance Executive

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic leader to oversee the commercial and financial aspects of our power development and construction projects.

About the Role

This is a senior position that requires a minimum of 15 years of experience in project financing and infrastructure procurement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in establishing and managing high-value contracts on infrastructure projects exceeding $500 million in value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead all commercial and financial activities for power development and construction projects
  • Coordinate project financial modelling and manage commercial procurement, negotiating contracts with OEMs and BOP counterparties
  • Administer grant funding agreements and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and deliver against project development goals, managing feasibility studies and preparing reports on operating methods and business options
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in project financing and infrastructure procurement
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams
  • High communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
