Event Production Expertise

A global event production powerhouse is seeking a Technical Director to join their team. As a key member of the team, you will provide high-end technical and event expertise, serving as a resource for the entire event production process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops event objectives and reviews proposals in coordination with stakeholders.
  • Determines event specifications, creating designs based on customer requirements and ensuring cost estimates stay within budget parameters.
  • Develops and maintains event schedules, estimating labor, equipment, and transport requirements.
  • Attends client meetings and briefings as required.
  • Manages the financial integrity of the event.
  • Provides technical advice to the sales department and assists with cost estimates.
  • Checks out-bound estimates daily in areas of specification, equipment availability & suitability.

We are looking for a candidate with previous experience in a similar role, corporate events experience, and excellent customer service skills. The ability to work under pressure and possess sound knowledge of Audio-Visual Equipment is essential.
