About our store, we are dedicated to promoting reuse and creating a unique shopping experience for our customers. Our team is passionate about providing exceptional service and helping each Savers store become the local donation center of choice.

The Role

We seek an experienced Donation Experience & Recycling Manager to lead and drive an in-store experience that inspires donors and supports our safety culture. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coaching team members to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Developing relationships within the local community to grow our donor base
  • Promoting the work of our charity partners
  • Elevating our purpose to Champion Reuse
  • Sharing our story with passion and enthusiasm

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • A degree in marketing, sales, or business, or equivalent experience
  • Strong ownership and accountability, with a sense of responsibility
  • Peripheral vision, with the ability to respond quickly to changing situations
  • Passion for thrift and reuse, with the ability to inspire others
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Impact driven, with a desire to make a positive difference in the community
