Lead Children's Program Coordinator

At Fair Play OOSH, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced program coordinator to lead our team at Tanilba Bay Service. The successful applicant will have a passion for delivering high-quality programs that support the development of children.

The role involves working collaboratively with our management team to develop and implement educational programs that align with the National Quality Framework. You will be responsible for leading a team of educators and supporting them in their roles to ensure the best possible outcomes for children.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing educational programs that meet the needs of children and families
  • Leading a team of educators to deliver high-quality programs
  • Collaborating with the management team to achieve organizational goals
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required
  • Providing coaching and support to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Early Childhood Education and Care, or a related field
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and its requirements
