About the Role
- We are seeking a Forensic Mental Health Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive workforce development strategy, focusing on internal staff training, retention, and attraction.
- Collaboration with the leadership team is essential to establish minimum training requirements for each service and facilitate opportunities to meet these requirements.
- The ideal candidate will possess advanced clinical knowledge and skills in providing specialist forensic mental health services to children and adolescents.
- This role requires the application of advanced clinical knowledge to inform the development of the Forensic CYMHS workforce.
