Project Manager - Commercial Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Brisbane. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met
  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in commercial construction project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze complex project data and develop effective solutions to project challenges
  • Proficiency in project management software, including MS Project, Primavera, and other relevant tools
  • Trade or tertiary qualification in construction or a related field
