We are seeking a skilled Facilities Operations Manager to join our Property and Store Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our property network and ensuring that our assets are fit for purpose.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage our property network and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement project plans to deliver facilities management projects on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
- Lead a team of facilities management professionals and provide coaching and development opportunities.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in facilities management and project coordination. You will possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
