Job Title: Experienced Adult/Mental Health Nurse - Part-time Opportunity

 

Job Description

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to residents with nursing and mental health needs. As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the provision of excellent care, working closely with our multi-disciplinary team.

 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments of resident care needs and develop individualized care plans.
  • Provide wound management, medication administration, and other clinical skills as required.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and progress.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance clinical skills.

 

Person Specification

Applicants must possess:

  • Registration as a Registered General or Mental Health Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Basic IT skills and ability to use electronic care planning systems.

Minimum 1 year experience working as a Registered Nurse in a similar setting is essential.
