Facilities Operations Manager

The role of Site Facilities Supervisor involves managing and delivering facilities management services for a government-based client.
This requires acting as the key point of communication and first responder for all reactive service needs, ensuring that planned preventative and reactive services are scheduled and carried out on time with minimal disruption to the daily routine.
Key Responsibilities- Manage FM works at the facility, coordinating with the Site FM Manager to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Co-develop the Cleaning Services schedule with the Site FM Manager, integrating periodic cleaning activities into standard rostered times without disrupting daily operations.
- Work with the Asset Management SME to ensure accurate listing of new fixed assets in the Asset Register and prompt reporting of any changes to asset condition.
- Lead the Site FM services team, providing hands-on direct management and fostering a positive and safety-focused culture.
- Australian Citizenship is required, and willingness to be sponsored for government security and employment clearances.
- Trade qualification in plumbing or electrical, to Cert 4.
- Relevant state-based cards/registration to allow unrestricted works.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for clients.
