About the Role

We are seeking experienced and new Disability Support Workers to join our team at Conexson, a leading specialist Disability & Aged Care staffing agency. As a Disability Support Worker, you will be working with our clients in New South Wales, providing support and care to individuals with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to clients with disabilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as personal care and household tasks
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to meet client needs
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with other support staff to ensure seamless care
Requirements
  • NDIS Worker's Screening Check or valid Yellow Card
  • Blue Card preferred
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Current Police Check
  • Proof of Valid Rights to work in Australia
  • Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
  • Flu Vaccination
  • Relevant experience in the Disability Sector (paid or volunteer experience)
