  • Job Description:

Our team works on high-profile debt capital markets, leveraged and acquisition finance, project and infrastructure finance, and corporate finance transactions. We provide exceptional legal services across the full spectrum of clients' needs, both domestically and internationally.

  • Key Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 5+ years PQE (all Commonwealth jurisdictions considered)
  • Experience in acquisition, project, property, and or corporate financing
