The Technology and Digital team is now seeking an intermediate-level lawyer to join their Sydney office.

The Role:

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Tech Projects: outsourcing, major projects, cloud, as-a-service and agile
  2. Contracting: working on bespoke contracts and commercial arrangements
  3. Data & Privacy: acquisition, distribution and licensing of digital content, data protection, cross-border privacy compliance

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong interest and ability to work on high-profile transactions. You will be ambitious, capable, and motivated to make a meaningful impact and gain recognition for your contributions.
