Aircraft Maintenance Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Sydney.

About the Role:
  • This is an entry-level position for an individual who has completed a Certificate IV or Diploma in Aeroskills (Mechanical or Avionics) or equivalent qualification.
Key Responsibilities:
  • The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Engineering Manager to ensure all maintenance and certification of aircraft comply with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities to maintain aircraft serviceability and presentation.
  • Research and procure parts, test equipment, and tooling as needed, and undertake corrective rectification of aircraft systems and defects.
Requirements:
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Aeroskills (Mechanical or Avionics) or equivalent qualification.
  • Thorough knowledge of maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to obtain an ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card) and provide applicable police clearances.
Benefits:

5 days on, 4 days off rotation with early shifts starting at 5:30 AM and late shifts finishing around 8:00 PM.
