The Role:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of customers, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and working collaboratively with our State Team to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of customers and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop support plans that meet the needs of our customers and align with their funding and service plans
  • Monitor the successful delivery of customer outcomes and conduct regular service reviews
  • Complete all service delivery compliance and reporting requirements, including quoting, service agreements, funding, and debt management activities
  • Maintain and manage funding budgets and supports to meet customer needs and ensure effective funding management
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, support coordinators, and plan managers regarding funding and service delivery
  • Support business development and onboarding functions, including assessing suitability to provide services in line with our policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with our Recruitment and Rostering teams to onboard and build our workforce capacity and capability

Requirements:

  • Experience in healthcare, with knowledge of Home Care Packages and Aged Care Quality Standards
  • Exceptional presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing markets
  • Initiative, flexibility, and strong attention to detail
  • Client-oriented, with the ability to focus on meeting customer needs
  • Emotionally intelligent and able to empathize with customers and respond to their changing needs
