Support individuals with disabilities in their daily lives as a Disability Support Worker at Able Australia. Our team provides active support to clients in their homes and communities to develop skills, independence, and friendships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide support to clients in their homes and communities.
• Develop skills, independence, and friendships with clients.
• Participate in a range of day-to-day activities based on clients' hobbies, interests, and goals.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 3 shifts a week availability.
• Experience providing support to others in disability, aged care, community, or allied health settings.
• Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook and documentation in a client management tool/CRM.
• Right to work in Australia and willingness to obtain NDIS Workers Screening Check.
• Valid First Aid & CPR certification.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Relevant qualification in Disability, Individual Support, Allied Health, Mental Health, or working towards it.
• Auslan skills or willingness to learn.
• Ability to work across various locations, including Melton, Keilor East, Sydenham, and Heidelberg.
