We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Management Specialist to join our Northern NSW team at SEE Civil.

Overview

At SEE Civil, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality civil and urban projects across the region. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of these projects.

Salary

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits.

Job Description

As a Civil Project Management Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert advice on the planning, coordination, and supervision of technical aspects of construction projects;
  • Ensuring effective programming and construction methodologies;
  • Meeting project milestones and ensuring project compliance;
  • Conducting quality assurance;
  • Financial reporting and forecasting;
  • Project administration;
  • Ensuring safe working conditions for staff and subcontractors.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor of Engineering (Civil);
  • A background in engineering, construction, and delivery processes, with experience in actual project delivery;
  • Proven management skills, practices, and planning ability;
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple tasks and maintaining focus on priorities;
  • Highly effective skills in negotiating, evaluating, and administering contracts, specifications, Australian standards;
  • Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships;
  • Computer literacy, particularly experience working with MS Excel and MS Project applications;
  • Highly effective planning, organising, and problem-solving skills together with the ability to lead, motivate, and influence others; and
  • High attention to detail.
