Senior Electrical Engineer - Project Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineer to join our team as a Project Lead. As a key member of our Building Services team, you will be responsible for leading electrical design projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical design projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement electrical design strategies, taking into account client requirements and project constraints.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated building services solutions.
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development.
  • Contribute to the development of engineering proposals, bids, and tenders.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Electrical Engineer, with a strong background in building services projects.
  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering Degree, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a consultancy or contractor environment.
  • Knowledge of Australian electrical engineering design standards, codes, and practices.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software, including MS Office, PowerCAD, and Bluebeam/Adobe.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
