About the Position- Assess clients and develop personalized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes within defined timeframes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to make informed decisions based on best practice principles.
- Prioritize tasks effectively as competing demands arise throughout the day or week.
- Enjoy support from your Line Manager, Clinical Lead, and fellow professionals, with access to the Drug & Alcohol Allied Health Lead as needed.
- Participate in monthly Clinical Supervision and ongoing professional development and learning through internal training programs.
- You are a skilled communicator with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- You are adaptable and capable of working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- You thrive in a multidisciplinary setting and are a strong team player.
- A degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Counselling, or an equivalent qualification.
- Membership eligibility in a relevant professional association and full AHPRA registration (where applicable).
- A valid NSW driver's licence and the ability and willingness to travel for work purposes.
