About the Position
  • Assess clients and develop personalized care plans to achieve optimal outcomes within defined timeframes.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to make informed decisions based on best practice principles.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively as competing demands arise throughout the day or week.
  • Enjoy support from your Line Manager, Clinical Lead, and fellow professionals, with access to the Drug & Alcohol Allied Health Lead as needed.
  • Participate in monthly Clinical Supervision and ongoing professional development and learning through internal training programs.
About You
  • You are a skilled communicator with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
  • You are adaptable and capable of working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
  • You thrive in a multidisciplinary setting and are a strong team player.
Essential Requirements
  • A degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, Counselling, or an equivalent qualification.
  • Membership eligibility in a relevant professional association and full AHPRA registration (where applicable).
  • A valid NSW driver's licence and the ability and willingness to travel for work purposes.
