Job Overview

Investigate, debug and reproduce issues, provide fixes and workarounds to ensure the continued operability of software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers through multiple channels, including phone and email.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to expedite issue resolution.
  • Work flexible hours, including on-call rotations based on customer needs.
Technical Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, with experience in AWS and Azure preferred.
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration, with Kubernetes preferred.
  • Good understanding of problem-solving and incident management processes, with ITIL knowledge.
  • Intermediate knowledge of databases, including Oracle and SQL Server.
  • Extensive debugging and troubleshooting skills for code-based applications, with C# preferred.
  • Basic understanding of electrical concepts.
  • Understanding of network monitoring concepts and management tools, with experience of network tools and protocols.
  • Good understanding of IT service management tools for logging, monitoring and documenting incidents/tickets.
  • Ability to replicate customer environments and identify and fix root causes or provide interim workarounds as needed.
Desirable Skills
  • Knowledge of utility domain, with experience in Head End System (HES), Meter Data Management System (MDMS), forecasting or analytics.
