Mobile Engineering Transformation Specialist

We are embarking on a significant transformation in mobile engineering with a focus on innovation and excellence. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of modern, secure, and scalable applications that deliver better outcomes for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive mobile development as a Senior Mobile Engineer, building applications that meet the highest standards of quality and security.

  • Contribute to the evolution of our mobile services and business strategy, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.

  • Attend regular engineering guilds to broaden your expertise and participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to the definition of our operating procedures.

  • Develop and deploy high-quality mobile software solutions using cutting-edge technologies and frameworks.

  • Coach junior engineers and share knowledge to uplift and improve software development practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience developing accessible and secure native mobile solutions for iOS applications with Swift essential.

  • Experience with SwiftUI and solid understanding of Human Interface Guidelines and Modularisation essential.

  • Strong knowledge of MVVM, Coordinator Pattern & async/await.

  • Knowledge of cross-platform technologies.

  • Advanced experience in best standards and first-in-class software engineering and design principles in mobile.

  • Possess advanced knowledge in source control management such as Git and Gitflow.

  • Experience with CI/CD - TeamCity and exposure to testing automation including UI tests.

  • Experience with Github Actions would be a plus.
