Water Storage Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our storage operations team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of collaborative leadership and experience in managing teams to achieve shared goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of storage operations
- Lead two small teams to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operation of water storage areas
- Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve shared objectives
Requirements:
- Proven leadership skills with strong stakeholder management
- Experience in storage operations (desirable)
- Knowledge of ANCOLD guidelines (desirable)
