We are Australia's largest rural water corporation responsible for storing, managing and delivering water across most of northern Victoria.
Our vision is to provide exceptional water services to our customers while ensuring the safe, efficient and compliant operation of several of Victoria's essential water storage and recreational areas.
This role combines hands-on operational oversight with team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and emergency response. You will be working in a collaborative environment leading 2 small teams at Cairn Curran and Lake Eppalock offices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead teams to ensure safe, efficient and compliant operation of water storage and recreational areas
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive quality and efficiency
- Provide expert advice on Storage Operations and ANCOLD Guidelines
