Our organization is Australia's largest rural water corporation responsible for storing managing and delivering water across most of northern Victoria.

As Storage Manager you'll lead teams to ensure the safe efficient and compliant operation of several of Victoria's essential water storage and recreational areas.

This role combines hands-on operational oversight with team leadership stakeholder engagement and emergency response.

Flexibility is essential for this role as you must be available to backfill for the teams on-call roster which includes a one-hour emergency recall and may be asked to assist at other sites as needed.

  • Skilled in driving quality and efficiency through innovative continuous improvement
  • Experience in Storage Operations desirable
  • Knowledge of ANCOLD Guidelines desirable
