We are one of the leading suppliers of Airport Landside Operations in Australia, with a wide range of rewarding job opportunities for Customer Service Officers in our Kerbside Operation at Brisbane Airport.

Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer service, direction, and information to passengers and commercial partners on and around our roadways pickup and drop-off areas.
- Direct passengers to the right locations, allocate taxis to departing customers, and provide first aid as required.
- Manage traffic to ensure a seamless landside operation experience for all clients.
Requirements:
- Be physically fit and able to stand, walk, and move for generally between 5 and 8 hours per shift.
- Have good Monday-to-Sunday availability and be prepared to attend work at short notice when required.
- Have a current full driver's license.
- Be willing to work in rotating shifts, including weekends.
- Hold a First Aid certificate and be willing to undergo Traffic Control training.
- Pass a Police check and obtain an Airport ASIC card.
