Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A qualification in disability support or a related field;
  • Experience working with people with disabilities, preferably in a residential setting;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • High level of flexibility and adaptability;
  • Current Level 2 First Aid & CPR Certificate;
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check Clearance and Working with Children's Check (Employee).
