Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Care Specialist to provide personal care and support to individuals living with disabilities.

This is a rewarding role that requires the ability to work closely with clients who have complex needs, including mental health, behaviour, and physical disabilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing behaviour support plans, facilitating social and community engagement, and providing individualised care and support.

About You

  • Minimum 1 year experience in disability support or a related field
  • Relevant qualifications or certifications
  • Manual handling certificate
  • Medication administration certificate
  • Current first aid and CPR certificate
  • Driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • NDIS worker screening check and WWCC
  • Flexible availability and commitment to an ongoing roster of support
