Job Title

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with committees and stakeholders to research, draft, and coordinate documents related to professional standards and policy.
  • Develop high-quality standards, guidelines, and reports through research and analysis.
  • Prepare submissions, briefing papers, agendas, and minutes for review and approval.
  • Conduct consultation processes by gathering and collating feedback from various sources.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in surgical practice, health policy, and professional standards to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Coordinate projects to meet agreed timelines and reporting requirements.
About You:
  • A degree in public policy, law, political science, or a related field is essential.
  • Experience in policy, research, or advisory work is highly valued, particularly in health, education, or membership organisations.
  • Strong knowledge of standards development and governance processes is required.
  • Excellent research and writing skills are necessary to produce clear and accurate documents.
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and maintain attention to detail is crucial.
  • Skills in organising committee work and engaging with stakeholders are also essential.

This role is full-time and can be based out of one of our offices. Enjoy a flexible hybrid working arrangement with 1-2 days per week in the office.
