About the Role:
">We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This key role is responsible for managing a portfolio of builders across a designated territory, working closely with existing clients to identify new business opportunities and deliver exceptional service to ensure their continued satisfaction.
">Responsibilities:
">- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
- Build strong relationships with builders and other stakeholders in the industry;
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through market research and analysis;
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of sales teams and provide coaching and feedback as needed;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to inform strategic decision-making.
