Job Title: Marketing and Content Coordinator

UnitingSA is seeking an experienced Marketing and Content Coordinator to join our high-performing Marketing, Communications and Partnerships team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the creation of marketing materials, merchandise, and media bookings, as well as managing UnitingSA's social media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies across various channels, including web, social media, email, and print.
  • Create high-quality written and visual content tailored to specific platforms and audiences.
  • Manage the updating and maintenance of the annual content calendar to promote key events and days of recognition.
  • Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Coordinate event marketing, including merchandise, photoshoots, and other promotional activities.
  • Produce and edit engaging content for social media platforms, including static and video content.

Requirements:

  • Considerable experience in marketing and content creation, preferably in a large organisation.
  • Extensive skills in content creation across all social media platforms.
  • Demonstrated project management experience, including the ability to manage and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Proven knowledge of marketing techniques and approaches.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to write and edit for a range of uses.
