Job Summary:

Pel-Air, a subsidiary of Regional Express, is seeking suitably qualified and experienced pilots to operate its fleet of King Air B350 and Pilatus PC-24 aircraft for the NSW Ambulance fixed-wing contract.

About the Role:

  • Operate aircraft in a single-pilot operation in close teamwork with NSW Ambulance Flight Nurses and Staff.
  • Deliver life-saving services, including emergency patient retrieval and transfer services across NSW and other states.
  • Commence and finish shifts from Sydney.

About the Fleet:

Pel-Air operates a fleet of Proline Fusion-equipped King Air B350 and Pilatus PC-24 aircraft, providing a 24/7 emergency service. The PC-24 is a modern jet aircraft with a Honeywell-equipped cockpit, offering speed and clinical benefits for patients.

Requirements:

  • CASA ATPL (or CPL with all ATPL subjects completed)
  • CASA Class 1 Medical Certificate
  • 250 Hours Instrument Flight time (Min. 125 in-flight)
  • Ability to work with a multi-disciplined team of professionals
  • Must be based in Sydney

Advantages:

Prior experience in the King Air B350 or PC-24 aircraft will be advantageous. Upon completing probation, all Pel-Air staff are eligible for Rex Group Staff Travel benefits.
