**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a skilled Care Professional to provide person-centered services and activities for individuals living with mental illness.
The successful candidate will be based in Bunbury and surrounding areas, working to enable people to live the life they choose.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide tailored support and activities for customers;
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve customer outcomes;
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, families, and other stakeholders;
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge;
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- A Certificate IV in Mental Health or relevant qualifications;
- Relevant experience in community support or a related field;
- NDIS experience preferred;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong problem-solving and adaptability skills;
- Commitment to confidentiality and diversity awareness;
