About Us:

We are a leading tourism brand with the largest park network in Australia, offering an amazing customer journey. Our parks provide accommodation and dining for work stay guests, as well as powered van sites, pools, and BBQ areas.

The Role

We are seeking a Front Office Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our park. Your duties will include:

  • Providing high standards of customer service
  • Transferring reservations from corporate rosters to the booking system
  • Processing guest check-ins and outs
  • Accurately using the booking system to make reservations and manage accounts
  • Coordinating with the housekeeping team to track readiness of accommodation
  • Supplying guests with information regarding property and local areas of interest
  • Completing day-to-day office administration

  • Previous front office experience within the hospitality industry
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of reservation systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Enthusiastic and positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and evenings as needed
