About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Sales and Service Development Representative to enhance our sales pipeline in Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong relationships with customers and internal support teams to drive sales growth.
  • Establish efficient sales pipelines and customer visit schedules to maximize coverage.
  • Provide expert knowledge on prices, availability, and product application to customers across the Eastern Goldfields region.
  • Collaborate with local, state, and national teams to optimize sales efforts.

Your Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with specialized industrial products is desirable, particularly in Hose and Fittings, Bearings, or Power Transmission.
  • Extensive experience delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and written skills.
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and a current Australian driver's license.
