Store Manager

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced retail leader who is passionate about people, performance, and making a positive impact. As a Store Manager, you will lead day-to-day store operations and motivate your team to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead sales, KPIs, visual merchandising, stock management, and shrinkage
  • Motivate and develop your team to achieve business targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Monitor sales performance and implement actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
  • Manage wage budgets and rosters in line with company standards and guidelines
  • Champion team development through training, coaching, and succession planning
  • Create a strong, positive store culture focused on results, learning, and wellbeing
  • Build community engagement through partnerships and relationships
  • Ensure Occupational Health & Safety compliance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment
  • A confident, hands-on attitude and a passion for leading from the front
  • Experience developing high-performing teams and inspiring a culture of success
  • Strong operational know-how in rostering, wage control, visual merchandising, and stock management
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Skilled in building effective relationships with support office teams and local partners
