Role Description

Requirements
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within a fast-paced retail environment
  • A genuine passion for fashion or retail is highly valued
  • Strong communication and coaching abilities
  • Confidence to take initiative and own responsibility
  • A collaborative leader who thrives in a dynamic team setting
  • Flexibility to work across various shifts (mornings, evenings, weekends & public holidays)
  • Valid working rights and eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card
