We are a major employer in various regions, employing nearly 1000 people across multiple sites. Our organization operates entertainment and hospitality venues, including registered clubs, hotels, conference facilities, and fitness centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • We develop and manage preventative maintenance programs to ensure our assets operate efficiently.
  • We operate and manage the building management system to optimize energy consumption.
  • We liaise with builders and contractors during construction projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • We manage and conduct general repairs and maintenance to buildings and equipment to prevent breakdowns.
  • We assist with overseeing air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems to maintain a comfortable working environment.
  • We operate and manage power generation equipment to provide a reliable source of energy.
  • We conduct ongoing reviews of existing systems and plant to identify areas for improvement and reduce costs.
  • We coordinate and respond to out-of-hours service calls to minimize disruption to our operations.
  • We ensure all works are conducted safely without risk to others by following strict protocols.
  • We manage internal maintenance team members, including performance management, recruitment, training, and development to maximize their potential.
  • We undertake other projects and duties as directed by our leadership team to achieve our goals.

This role requires travel to different sites as needed and may involve weekend work dependent on business requirements.
