We are seeking a senior-level engineer to join our team and play a key role in shaping and delivering projects in civil infrastructure, waste management, water and mining sectors.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to make a positive impact and shape a better future for themselves and their clients.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in delivering high-quality detailed design documentation, deep technical expertise in waste management including landfill design, leachate collection and treatment systems, geosynthetics, capping systems and resource recovery infrastructure.

They will also have the ability to assess and design for subsurface environmental risks, embankments, complex earthworks and surface water management systems.

In addition, they will be proficient in using design software and tools to produce accurate, constructible and compliant engineering designs.

Able to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, the ideal candidate will hold a tertiary qualification in Civil, Geotechnical or Environmental Engineering, supported by over 7 years of relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and deliver projects focused on waste management, water infrastructure, mining and ground engineering.
  2. Prepare and review technical documentation for waste-related projects.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the waste and geo-environmental sectors.
  4. Ensure technical excellence in waste and geo-environmental engineering.
  5. Mentor and guide junior engineers.
  6. Support operational management by contributing to strategies that drive business growth in waste and environmental services.
