Canteen Operations Manager

About this role
Efficiently provide canteen support and coordination under the supervision of the Principal.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill this key position.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Practising confidentiality and carrying out coordination duties at an advanced level;
- Rostering staff, maintaining records, and responding to enquiries;
- Preparing transactions, maintaining stock levels, and arranging for repairs;
- Liaising between the school, students, and families;
- Organising rosters, making orders, and coordinating events;
- Promoting healthy eating guidelines and policies;
- Liaising with the Principal to produce a canteen menu.
Key requirements
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment;
- Strong organisational and time management skills;
- Demonstrated experience in rostering and record-keeping;
- Knowledge of health and safety protocols;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
