Leadership Position Coal Processing Plant

We are seeking a leader to manage a team of operators and maintainers at our coal processing facility. This role is crucial in achieving production targets while upholding safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate safe practices and provide guidance to the team.
- Develop operational and maintenance procedures for the coal processing plant.
- Ensure compliance with operational and maintenance plans and procedures.
- Maintain production, safety, and maintenance targets.
- Operate the coal processing plant and mobile equipment as required.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of rail commitments.
- Provide support during scheduled maintenance periods.
- Monitor contractor activities and ensure adherence to health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Commitment to high standards of integrity, safety, and performance.
- At least 3 years' experience in a similar leadership role in a coal processing environment.
- Inspirational leadership skills and ability to positively impact the team.
- Strong knowledge of coal processing and key drivers of a coal processing facility.
- Trades background preferred.
- Experience working in a fast-paced coal processing environment.
