The Role

You will be responsible for the preparation and compounding of sterile medications and solutions according to established protocols, ensuring accuracy, safety, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Picking and preparing raw materials with precision and attention to detail.
  • Aseptically mixing and compounding sterile solutions.
  • Inspecting and packaging finished units for each order.
  • Ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing situations.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues.
  • Basic mathematical skills and understanding of laboratory protocols.
  • Previous experience in pharmacy, manufacturing, or warehousing is advantageous.
