Dental Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Dental Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in preparing patients and treatment rooms for dental procedures, ensuring sterilization of instruments, and maintaining infection control protocols.

The successful applicant will also assist dentists chairside during various dental procedures, build positive relationships with patients, handle phone enquiries, and undertake administrative tasks.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in the dental industry (preferred)
  • Familiarity with dental software is highly regarded
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Proactive approach to work in a fast-paced environment
