This role offers a unique opportunity to operate and deliver in our vans, connecting Australians every day.

Rostered hours for this position are from 10:24 AM to 6:15 PM, Monday to Friday. You will be working independently on the road, interacting with others, and being part of a team.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate a van to collect mail from Street Posting Boxes, Corporate Offices, Licensed Post Offices, and Delivery Centres
  • Pick up mail and parcel items from customers
  • Unload mail articles from vans and manually sort them into small or large letters and parcels, including express posts
  • Perform your own daily vehicle safety check
  • Partner with senior drivers who are committed to supporting your professional development

About You:

  • You hold a full or probationary Australian driver's licence
  • You will successfully complete our mandatory and practical driving assessment
  • You are flexible with working additional hours if required
  • You have a strong memory, excellent attention to detail, and can lift up to 16kgs of Mail and Parcels regularly
  • You must meet our safe working load limit of weighing 130kgs or less
